More accurately, Lowe’s parking lot, El Centro. We’re booning at Lowe’s instead of Wal-Mart because I can’t stand to be on the same property let alone shop at Wal-Mart. Jamie feels differently.
I learned a couple things yesterday. When doing Yoga, pick your surface carefully. I started on a rough concrete slab and tried to brush the sand off it. I ended with a bleeding foot and raw palms. I knew it would be rough but I didn’t expect that. We had an easy drive from Desert Hot Springs to El Centro; it was about 100 miles and I’ve been thinking for quite a very long while that 100 miles is just what we should aim for (or less) on a daily basis. I have managed to find an unsecured wireless router somewhere in the vicinity of the parking lot and will post this but will wait for San Felipe to post pictures, though I did upload quite a few to Flickr (you’ll have to be in the Talavera theme to get the Flickr link).
Boy, I thought I had lots to say but I guess not. It is taking for freaking ever to get out of this parking lot this morning; we’ve been up since 7ish and Jamie is still doing breakfast dishes.
