Hell’s Half Acre

My mother points out that the drunk Canadians, are, in fact, Americans. Don’t get me wrong; I love Canadians; almost everyone we’ve met in Baja has been Canadian and we’ve had some great times with many varied Canadians. The ones at Kiki’s in San Felipe party hard. And we don’t begrudge them that; even at 1am we know they’re just letting off steam. Even when they’re flashing the locals and bragging about it over copious amounts of alcohol. If we wanted peace and quiet we’d go to another beach; no campground. But we want to be near Mom and Dad, and no, it isn’t *just* the free Internet that keeps us here, so we put up with the Drunk Canadians. And the Drunk Americans. But I wouldn’t complain if either nationality decided to make it an early night and give the party a rest one night.
