Of course, as far as I can see, you can handle that van/trailer like no one else! Congratulations! That's the best spot at KiKi's, (IMHO) and I hope you are able to see the Sea of Cortez from the kid's bedroom! I loved to watch the sun rise each morning from that spot! Enjoy!
