Maybe, maybe not. I've started doing MariA and MariB but I stop there. I did it off and on since we left but between travelling and errands haven't had a chance to get a roll going. So far just yesterday & today. I'm doing 5 a's and 5 b's, then all standing poses, then the primary series up to the boat one (Paripurna Navasana - no I didn't remember that all on my own - i had to look on the web for the name), the the closing series. I'm actually doing head stands using the wall to catch me when i tip over. Today I went for a count of 20something. I can do that MariB with my left foot up, but might never do it with my right foot. Today I had to get it all done in 60 min (including dressing & shower) b/c Chet had a dentist appt - and I did! I actually enjoyed having to pick up the pace. He's working tomorrow so I don't know how much I'll be able to do. But it is good to be back at it. Hope all is well with you guys. Much Love, C I’m finally vinyasaing again.
