Oh, it should be dead first. :) put it in a pot. add a good amount of soy sauce. add a goodly (more) amount of vinegar. add some whole peppercorns and fresh sliced ginger if you like. cook the hell out of it. I bring it to boil and put it on low until it is falling off the bone. If you put too much soy sauce you'll know and if you didn't you'll know and then you can adjust your recipe. thanks everyone; I think I answered everyone by email, but here is stinky chicken.

Gawd, I admire you foy your tenacity doing what you are doing with 4 (5 counting hubby) kids no less. I too write daily but there is just us and a cat so quite a difference and I am married to a saint on earth. You and I have some differences of belief but many similarities just the same. Geez, I miss being on the road. Your day sounded so much like our when we were at Frisco on the Outer Banks. I'll have to check out Runescape, although Grace and Sam are currently addicted to "Another Wonderful Life" (the girl version of Harvest Moon), so I'm thinking of getting the brand new Harvest Moon release, where two can play (though I don't really like the competitive aspect.)
