Just found your blog through another unschooler blog. We got back a few months ago from being on the road for six months and are missing it terribly. Unfortunately not all of our kids are on board with us for living in the motorhome full time. We have never had issues with our slide but lost a level in Las Cruces, NM. Good luck!!

Back and Forth, Back and Forth!!! Sorry about
all the trouble you all are having with your RV, but the bright side is that it will get fixed and maybe all will be well soon. Better it happen now while your closer to the factory than when your hundreds of miles away.
You and your family sound so much more happier now that Michael is gone. Not to be ditching him, but Jamie is dancing, kids are laughing and you sound happy.
Hay, It appears Oakdale (Oakridge?) is not all that bad to be stuck at. Do they pay for your guys meals there? Man, what a spread they put on. (I read your link to it)
Be safe ya all.

I remember being in some states and thinking we'd never get into a neighboring state (Arizona is one state that comes to mind). However, we were not under constraints of RV problems, so we hope this can be fixed soon and have you all on your way to Wisc.
That you find yourselves in so beautiful and inviting a place will hopefully make the "wait" worthwhile. Have you done any more "house hunting"? We totally enjoyed looking at the places you linked, and salivated at the wonderous prices being asked ....
Special hugs to each of you,
