You buy our condo here in Naples, FL so we can go RVing full-time! We're only 4 miles from the beach, have 2 BR and a den or 3 BR, 1315 Sq Ft of air-conditioned space, plus 1 car garage. There are no restrictions on kids, in fact we have a very nice family below us with a 4 and 11 year old. The community has a great clubhouse and pool along with 2 other pools, tennis and boccie courts. Will sell fully furnished. We bought most everything new in 2001/2002. Think about it! There is just something about Eugene . . . In addition, we are being held hostage by our "stuff" in three storage rooms here in Arizona.
