We have a signed, notarized contract from the sellers. Unfortunately, they went to the trouble of notarizing a contract they knew we disagreed with. Sometimes you have to wonder about people. We’ll see if they get the corrections made, signed and notarized again by 4pmCT today. After that we wash our collective hands of the deal.
I leave you with a picture of said palapa from 2005. The only pictures we’ve taken so far have been of damage and very little to show the actual palapa. So enjoy an old photo.
