John and I were able to go see your parents last week. They both seem WONDERFUL. They both are happy and seem very healthy….. even with the “two flavors” of cancer that your Dad says he has. (He cracks me up) Just thought you might like a first hand report.

Hi there, i’ve been lurking on your site for sometime now and thought I should finally say hi. I’m a mom of 2 kids and would love to live on the road for a while. I love your blog, the stories you tell and the wonderful things you and your kids get to see!! I’ve been doing a lot of research and there seems to be a lot of families living with the freedom to move around… I guess my question is how do you do it? Im still feeling guilty you guys always save me and then you need saving you can’t call me!!! I have to bring my phone over today.
And is it weird that you don’t tell me much about your dr appt. and then I read about it on the blog???

If the cinnamon stars made it, then some sort of luggage must have gotten there. Must remind Christina to put green tourmalines into her luggage when it goes through Denver. Especially if it goes to the newer Denver airport. There were some stories awhile back about how some indigenous spirits don’t like the airport being built in that location and luggage would go missing.

I am sorry to hear about your medical problems, but I am very glad that you have the great medical care available. BTW – It’s the pits getting older.

Once last recommendation – since I sent so many cinnamon stars,Kitty,please SHARE!

Sad news about the lost luggage, car breakdowns, Ellen’s charcoaling experience (and resulting aroma left behind) – but most of all we are anxious to learn about your medical challenges and to hear that it is nothing that can’t be fixed. So please keep us informed! Thanks for all the info you’ve provided.
Above all, we are happy to learn that the Melnariks made it safe and sound, even sans luggage. Now they can go “natural” if need be! (Just kidding!)
Thanks also for posting, I was watching the clock all day yesterday (Tues) and trying to approximate where they might be on their journey.
With lots of hopes that the van can be repaired where it is up to working well, and that you all will enjoy a very happy time together.
