Well, we'd tried to return the battery to PdC City Club and it was no go; they suggested Cancun, so we HAD to get that much done. The taller electrico was simply icing on the cake and the Costco tramites were golden. PdC City Club said they wouldn't take the battery back if nothing was wrong and Cancun said they wouldn't take it back UNLESS NOTHING was wrong. PdC said devoluciones anywhere in Mexico and Cancun said only in the store you purchase from. We'd already tried the return in PdC and they told us to go to Cancun. For some reason, though, when Cancun said no devoluciones, I had them call PdC who authorized the return and told Cancun to SEND THEM THE BATTERY (that I tried to return to their store only to be told to take it to Cancun for return). There is absolutely no logic applied anywhere in any situation.

But you already knew that. :) All you can do is keep smiling and keep asking questions and offering ideas and smile.

It is a miracle and it means you worked much too hard for one day! Don't you know the rule? You only need to accomplish one thing a day. That's it, ONE!
