Confusion in the delirium

So I woke up at 5:30 (OMG, Jonna just keeled over. Sorry, I should have warned you, Jonna - next time I’ll put a warning, “SHOCKING AND FRIGHTENING WORDS FOLLOW”) in the fraking A.M. and tossed and turned for an hour before giving in and getting up. I woke nauseous and worried that I had finally succumbed to the stomach thing that Jamie (and now Jesse) had and was PISSED that I would be missing out on my coffee. So, I tossed and turned and talked myself out of being sick and decided to get up and make my coffee rather than wait and then miss out - being too nauseous to drink it.

But the world can keep on spinning because, check, one cup drunk. As long as I was already up at that ungodsly hour, I figured I’d sneak a peek at the beach (what? be productive? do you have any idea what TIME it was?) and see if we were forecast for a break in the rain. We were teased by a few peeks of sun yesterday but it has been steady mosquito-breeding weather for the past 27 weeks (well, it sure SEEMS like it) and I was really needing a break from the constant drizzle. What? Two-and-a-half days doesn’t count as constant? What world do you come from???

SUNRISE! Wonderful SUNRISE. This time of year it is never over the sea, so there are no pictures (but I did take pictures of last night’s sunset (not over sea either, but…did I have a point here?).

Oh man. I’m totally lost and have no hopes of reining in my escaped train of thought.

Anyway, to re-iterate,

1. Too fracking early.

2. Sun.

I think that’s about it.
