How cool. What a lovely place.

A couple of weeks ago, Bill, the kids and I were sailing past a little swimming lagoon when a dolphin decided to check things out in there.

Someone screamed shark, and every tourist in the lagoon screamed and made for shore. It was flippin' hilarious. The dolphin made a beeline for the channel in the chaos, and everyone on shore started laughing when they realized Jaws was actually Flipper. Made our day for sure.

I love your pictures with the trip report, they are outstanding. Not once, but twice we have tried to complete the trip to Punta Allen. The first trip we didn't allow enough time for the condition of the road. We turned around halfway and let our 12 year old drive the car back (I don't think he could get the car going faster than 20 mph, due to the "size" of the potholes). On the second attempt (2 years later), it had just rained the day before and the size of the pothole and the lake of water it held threatened to swallow the car up.
