Quickie post while I eat breakfast and get ready for shopping today.

82 and holding.  I am VERY happy to have finally dropped that damn kilo.

Dysequilibrium/vertigo seems to be ear-related.  Taking garlic and putting drops in ear.  I’ll try this for a week and if no improvement in dysequilibrium I’ll go back to doctor.

Still no cubano roast.  I might have to start chopping off one of Jamie’s fingers for each time he comes home without it until I get it.

Words of the day; aprender (conjugated in the present tense), cuchillo, tenedor, and cucharra.  I’ve been consistent with the Spanish daily, though yesterday was less Spanish than previous days.

Chaos.  More later.

Awesome news about your head! Celebrate with some rum.

Another kilo bites the dust!! You are the ROCK! you do realize how easy your walk/runs will be when you do them in Texas? I can’t imagine going as far as you do in the humidity and heat down there. Awesomeness.

Looked up the words! I can now eat in spanish! I downloaded a conversation 101 class to my iPod, and have been listening to it on my runs. After all these years of not using what I learned, I can still pick up some of the conversation, but not much. Hoping I can absorb some of it during my suffer runs.
