No conversion to the dark side would be complete without getting you hooked on espresso.....a nice macchiato.....not the Starbucks version, but the real McCoy (did you know I really am a real McCoy?) Espresso, brewed perfect with lots of crema, with just a splash of pourable foam. Mmmmmmm. Happy birthday Jamie!!!!!!
