Hi,
I have interacted a bit with your pops on Bajanomad and after seeing your blog I would really like to dialog with you. Even better would be you dialoging with my wife, Katie.
I am going to retire as a FF in just under 3 years and we also are home/unschooling our 5 year old twins. We are really tired of SoCal and have considered Colorado but our hearts are in Mexico. We have a place in Bahia de Los Angeles but, as beautiful as it is, it is a hard place to raise kids full time.
We saw you live in the ‘Roo and we love it down there.
I would bring about $5k/month pretax to retirement. I tend to think that would be enough to live on south of PDC or nearby……
We would love your input about your life down there and associated costs.
My wife is a spanish teacher and my kids are growing up bi-lingual…..I will have to learn.
Anyway, I would love your feedback.

Hi I found a positing you made about your trip down to San Luis Potosi. We live in San Luis (its just been a year) and moved here after 13 years in Campbell, CA. We have 3 girls ages 13, 12& 11 and they are having such a hard time with school. I am considering homeschooling but have no support here. I am looking for families that can guide me and for anyone homeschooling in San Luis Potosi. Any information will be helpfull.

What an awesome life you have. I feel like I have never really done anything exciting and am feeling restless to live differently than the American norm. I just feel like we are not really living – life should be an adventure

Hi, I enjoyed reading some of your weblog. Lots to read!
My husband and I have been to Paamul several times. This fall we would like to rent something there. Do you have any contacts for a rental in the trailer park? We are 55/56 -0- kids. (Husband is a 3rd & 5th grade retired -this year-teacher.)
